Altitude Home Loans was founded by two lifelong friends with decades of experience in the mortgage industry. They saw a chance to build a company around the values they cared about most, and to make home financing feel personal again.
From day one, that meant an open-door culture and a team that leaves its ego at the door. Our loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers work together in-house, which means fewer hand-offs between your application and closing day.
What began in Arizona now reaches borrowers in 20 states, with the same people-first approach.
